About Punk
Meet.."Punk"
Punk is an 18 month old Maltese x Shih Tzu, and sadly the end result of an impulse buy from a local pet store.
He has NEVER been brushed, bathed or groomed...never been allowed inside (which, even though he isn't house trained now, remember he is still quite young and will pick it up easily)
he had horrible skin and had a rash over his belly and his fur was so badly knotted and matted that he couldn't move properly.
Luckily though, a forceful suggestion had him surrendered to our group and were able to give him a surgical clip whilst he was desexed.
Punk is now feeling great and well on the way to recovery, and a beautiful coat. almost 1kg of weight was removed that day...in matted, flea ridden fur.
His spirits aren't dampened though, and he is still the happy, friendly little man he was before. Punk is doggie friendly and great with people. He is untested with cats, but again, is still quite young, so training will help any situation.
With regular grooming, and brushing , Punk will have a lovely, fluffy soft coat. I have no doubts, that Punk wouldn't fit straight into to any loving home.

Currently, Punk is located in Greenbank, half an hour south of Brisbane CBD
Medical notes
Desexed, fully clipped, microchipped, vet checked and vaccinated. Current worming and flea treatment up to date.
Adoption details
All animals come with a 7 day trial period (this is negotiable depending on case by case differences)
After this time, and knowing that both the family and pet are happy together, the adoption will be finalized.
If an animal is to be returned for whatever reason, a 10% administration fee will be taken out of the refund.
We are mostly located in Greenbank on the outskirts of logan, around 30-45 mins south of Brisbane.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
