Sammi Girl ~ (adopted by carer 22/4/16)

Sammi is an 8 year old, female, Bull Arab dog. Sammi is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, gentle, loving dogs I have ever known. She is so incredibly devoted to me - more than my own dogs as she is just soo grateful for this new life. I have no doubt that she will settle in happily in her adoptive home and devote the rest of her life to her new family.

Sammi is living with me and my 6 dogs, a cat and two horses and is fine with them. She especially loves my young dog and she plays with him like a puppy. He taught her how to run and play.

Sammi comes when she is called and sits when asked. She is too big to sit on my lap so leans on me to show her affections. She sleeps inside with the other dogs. We would like for her to continue to have some "inside time" every day in her forever home. After the life she has had we want her to have a very good life now.

Sammi wouldn't be suited to a busy family with boisterous young children. But a nice suburban home with secure fences colourbond or tall solid paling fencing, or even a small hobby farm would be bliss for her. Sammi is fine going to a home with or without other dogs. She would do well with an older couple or anyone who wants a large, devoted and loving dog as you would not get a more loyal dog than Sammi. She is better suited to a quiet area as she is terrified of traffic and would not be suited to being walked along busy roads.
