Chi Chi

This little girl is so grateful to have been surrendered to the Pound. Chi Chi was a "matted mess" and quite depressed (a big thank you to Jo Lyons Photography for the before photo of Chi Chi). Her coat was a thick blanket of fur and fleas. Lucky for her, Renbury staff took great care and then the SAS groomer took to her clippers with haste! Once relieved of her coat and fleas, Chi Chi took herself off to the backyard to race around and feel the air and sun on her back again. It must have been years since she felt that free. Chi Chi has the most beautiful eyes under all that hair that are now on show for all to see! Her foster carer says she is a lovely dog, is housetrained, gets on well with the other dogs and enjoys her walks and her toys. More than anything, Chi Chi just loves to be loved again. Her carer says that she would also be ok with older children as she just loves everyone. Chi Chi will only be rehomed to a home where she is permitted access inside at all times and a home where daily exercise would be part of the programe.
