Versace

Versace is a male, purebred standard poodle, just 1 year old. He is a gorgeous boy with a gentle, loving, friendly nature. He loves playing with toys and enjoys a game of fetch at the park. He is still a puppy; very playful and over enthusiastic when greeting people. Like any young dog, he will require training to teach him what is expected of him.

Versace is not fully house trained but is making good progress with only the occasional accident inside lately - he learned how to use the doggy door very quickly.

Versace was surrendered by his owner due to his owner's change of circumstances. Versace has a non-shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep him comfortable and looking his best.

Poodles love the company of people and forms very strong bonds. The perfect home for Versace would be one where he is an inside dog with access to a back yard and treated as part of the family. Versace would love nothing better than sharing your lounge or bed! He needs company and wouldn't cope being left home alone all day.

Standard poodles are intelligent, athletic and energetic. They require approximately 90 minutes exercise a day and excel in obedience and agility. Versace would make an ideal running companion and is best suited to an active family, able to provide him with the exercise and mental stimulation he requires.
