About Tyson (On Trial 27/7/13)
Tyson is a 12 month old Tibetan Spaniel mix. He is just like a teddy bear! He loves cuddling. If he could be cuddled and carried around all day he would. He spends most of his day inside going out to toilet then comes back and curls up. He is an inside dog and needs to sleep inside. It is safest for him to be inside whilst you go out - he is fine, he just sleeps. He can use a dog door, so having one would be great so he can come in and out as he needs.
Tyson walks beautifully on a lead; if let off the lead, he will come back when called. Tyson’s coat is very soft and not hard to look after. He doesn’t shed so he just needs a wash once and month, a small clip around the back, and brushing a few times a week is all he needs to keep him gorgeous.
Tyson is fine with cats and other small dogs but would be quite happy as an only dog so he can get all of the love to himself. Any loving family would suit him as he is just so relaxed and easy going.
For more information or to meet Tyson please phone foster carer Mel on 0432288773 or email me11ne@hotmail.com . Tyson is in foster care in the Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Tyson's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
