About Angel *On Trial in Her New Home*
*ANGEL IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* Looking for a little female Chihuahua x Jack Russell pup who isn’t yappy? In fact we’ve hardly heard Angel bark at all, yet she’s playful and snugly and extremely cute and looking for a loving forever home; will it be with you?
Surrendered to SARG for rehousing as they couldn’t have a dog at their rental property Angel is loving life in foster care where she’s being spoilt by everyone she meets especially her carers teenage daughter. She gets along well with their own dogs both big and small and enjoys playing or cuddling up to Sandy a 4 month old large breed puppy who is also in foster care. Angel isn’t bothered by the household cats and takes their chooks, mini horses plus their miniature piglet (who’s smaller than she is!) in her stride! Adorable Angel is an affectionate little girl who adores human company, including that of gentle children and likes being with you – at only 3.5kgs she’s a terrific “take anywhere” size who travels well in the car.

Adorable Angel doesn’t appear to have had much training so she’s learning to “sit” for treats. We don’t think she’s spent much time on a lead so she’ll also need some practice with this. She has extremely short hair so does feel the cold though she’s happy to wear jumpers and jackets and she sleeps inside at night of course. Angel is fairly low-maintenance only needing a short walk or run around the backyard to use up her energy and she doesn’t appear to lose a lot of hair. Secure fencing, chicken wing tips to chew on, toys to play with and lots of cuddles will make Angel very happy indeed!
As Angel is already housetrained she would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a friendly doggie playmate for company or own her own but only if she won’t be left on her own for long periods of time as she’s used to having her humans around.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed,
references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
