Sandy

Sandy is the most beautiful little girl. She is a mini poodle x Shih Tzu. Born blind she gets around fine, loves to play with other little dogs, sit on your lap, good in the car and loves her walks. She has retinal blindness and it cannot be rectified. She will take a week or so to settle in, but will be fine after that, once she feels secure. Probably best a home without too many stairs, must be fully fences and safe for a little blind girl. Probably best with an owner who is retired and can spend a bit of time with her until she adjusts to her new home. She loves her toys, is living with a cat and another little dog in her foster home. She doesn't have to have another dog if she has an owner who can spend a lot of time with her. I have included a photo with foster carer Dawn so you can see Sandy's size. Non-shedding coat. Because we are close to the nsw/qld border our dogs can go to either state.
