About Lolita (On Trial 4 week starting 1/7/13)
Lolita is an 8yo Fox Terrier x. She is a shy, quiet dog who likes to follow you everywhere you go and loves to cuddle up next to you on the lounge. She gets along very well with cats, kids and dogs. Lolita is housetrained and lives inside. She sleeps in my bed under the blankets at night or with one of the children when allowed.
Lolita is not demanding. She isn't bothered by storms. She's great on lead or off. She loves walks or is just happy to stay at home. She gets anxious if she is left home alone for too long without a friend. Lolita would best suit a home where someone is home most of the time or where she will have another friendly little dog to keep her company. Lolita is a very gentle and affectionate little girl who will be a wonderful companion for anyone who wants to bring a little love into their life.
For more information or to meet Lolita please phone foster carer Jo on 0427 031 308. Lolita is in foster care in Belmont, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Lolita's $200 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
