About Alfie
Alfie is a very sweet little man. He likes to be next to you at all times and is always up for a cuddle.
This gorgeous boy is happy and playful, and is good with other dogs and kids too.
Alfie can get a little anxious sometime, especially if locked up on his own, so he'd love to have free access to the house. He sleeps inside, but will go outside during the night to go to the toilet. Alfie is house-trained, but may occasionally have an accident if he's nervous. This will likely get better as he gets older.
Alfie is a wonderful dog and would suit a home with children who he can play with and be around for company.
MY IDEAL HOME: I would love to go to a family where I have lots of company and kids to play with. I don't like being on my own, which makes me upset and sad.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am quite playful, so will need regular walks and an active lifestyle suited to that of a young dog.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I like all children prefer ones older than 5, because they don't pull my ears as much!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: I enjoy playing with other dogs. I haven't met a cat yet so am not sure yet whether I like them.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing maggiesrescueadoptions@gmail.com or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
