About Clyde **A very very loyal boy**
Clyde is a 3 year old Labrador X who needs a forever home or foster home.
“Another foster dog subjected to neglect, and another doggie that has overcome that neglect to still love humans so much (how do they do it?) Clyde has a wonderful soft nature about him, he has so much love for humans and his only request of you is to be loved back. Clyde walks well on a lead (very well), doesn’t bark, wags his tail uncontrollably to every human.
Sits for treats (and is picking up sitting at cross walks very quickly), takes treat softly from your hand, sits and waits for his food to be provided, doesn’t crave too much attention, doesn’t lick, receives being bathed kindly (in freezing cold temps), doesn’t demand too much exercise and loves to ride in the car… due to “his time away” from humans he does crave being around us so very much and would best suit a stay at home family or a retired couple that can give Clyde lots of love… Clyde is not fazed by neighbouring dogs but now and again when he gets spooked by a weird noise from either a dog or human he gets a little growl on, but it’s always buffalo talk.. as I said he really doesn’t bark. He is being house trained and is picking up on this well. Clyde is a quick learner for a boy that hasn’t had much time with us humans.. he needs a genuine loving home and not to be pushed back and forth in and out of kennels..”
Clyde needs to be the only animal in the home, no other pets.
