On Hold
About Molly Brown (at Rspca Big Adopt day Sept 19 Bris)
MOLLY is a devoted, attentive girl. She is well-mannered on the lead, and doesn't react to dogs barking at her while she's walking with you. She has great recall to her special human, travels well in the car and worships her special people. And o, she's just fine with cats as well! Her carer says: "she doesn't dig, hardly ever barks unless a stranger comes to the gate, has shown no signs of food aggression, doesn't chew or destroy her bedding or my furniture."
She would benefit most from a family who will let her join in with their adventures. after a romp though, she seems equally happy just to hang out and lay in the sun. She would suit a situation where her space is respected, as she's a lady who appreciates dogs and people with an awareness that sometimes a lady needs a little decorum in her life!
Molly can be very protective of her property and people, so would be best with someone who understands the importance of introducing dogs carefully.
Molly is in foster care in Brisbane. She lives on an average sized house block, and with a calm, polite male dog as company, is fine while her carer works during the day, as long as she can snuggle inside at night.
She will be at the RSPCA Big Adopt day Saturday September 19 at the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m. If you wish to receive priority on her please contact us well beforehand to complete an application if appropriate so all that remains is to meet her early on the day, love her and take her home!
Medical notes
Molly has only 3 legs (missing her back right leg). She is coping with this fine and simply needs some one with commonsense in handling this, but also an appreciation that she wants to live life and have a good time like any other furry
