About Ida
Ida came to Happy Paws Haven with her three brother and sisters in a box when they were very young. She was the only Torti-shell as the others were black. Two were adopted as kittens leaving Ida and Illissa behind. They are now about 18 months old and are beautiful friendly affectionate young cats. Ida often will follow you as you clean the Juniors room hoping for a stroke and sometimes puts her paw out if you ignore her for too long. At other times she will rub past your legs or just sit and watch making sure you complete the task. She is just a lovely cat.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
