About Angus
Meet Angus, a four year old red cattle dog x who is currently looking for a foster or forever home.
Angus is a loving and playful boy who is as happy in the car with you as he is by the fire or down the park. He's past the teenage stage of destruction and huge amounts of energy and has settled down to be a truly lovely dog.
Angus is good with cats and with female dogs, but isn't so good with small male dogs. He is super friendly and very obedient, and has very much learnt his manners. That said, he may not be suitable off lead at the beach or park as he has a tendency to get distracted and disappear off!

Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely dogs. All of our dogs have been thoroughly assessed and most have been through our Acacia Prison Animal Training Programme.
We at SAFE Avon Valley guarantee that every one of our dogs is suitable to be re-homed. It is our job to ensure that we match our dog with it's perfect family (a bit like a dating agency).
If you would like to know more about this dog please call Gloria on 0409 000 259. If the dog sounds suitable then we pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to view the dog.
Some of our dogs are located in our shelter in Northam so you will need to meet it there. Once you have meet the dog and are happy to go further then we organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure for the dog.
Once that is completed you can then take the dog home on a 2 week trial, if the dog is not suitable then you simply return it.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
