Nero (2) (On Trial 29/6/13)

Hi! I'm Nero, a 9 month old Staffy X. The first thing you will notice about me are my eyes. They are so big and everyone who meets me reaches down for a cuddle. I'm a real heart melter, even the big tough guys love me! I'm around knee height, jet black with a white chest. I am so soft and really shiny, such a stunner.

I'm still young so I have lots of energy, so I love my walks. I'm getting really good on my lead and walk really well for my foster mum and dad. I'm such a quick learner and really eager to please you so I will do very well with further training. I already sit when asked, and sit before meals.

I love kids, I currently live with a 3 year old girl and an older boy. I'm so gentle. I adore the little girl because she feeds me treats which I take softly from her hand. I would love to be adopted by an active family. I'm energetic but I also love to just chill out with you while you watch TV. At the moment I sleep inside with another pup at night, I'm not fully housetrained yet, but I'm getting much better at it.

I do get a little excited and sometimes jump on people, but I remember my manners when asked to sit. I'm learning very quickly to be patient and wait for my cuddles. I play all day long with my canine foster brother. He is the same size as me and we have great fun! I do really love my food though and sometimes try to take my brother's bones and treats. But when he warns me with a bark or growl I back off. Just for now my foster mum feeds me away from my brother until I learn that there is plenty of food to go around.

I'm a wonderful dog. I'm so affectionate and would lick you all day if you would let me. I'm quick to accept new people and I'm really smart, so I can't wait for some more training from my new family. I would love to go to dog training classes! I love the car, I just sit back and enjoy the ride, I never give my foster mummy any trouble, even with a car full of kids!

If you will adopt me I will be so devoted and loving, I'm just waiting for a chance to snuggle with you and prove what a perfect dog I can be.
