JO JO .... Jo Jo’s my name and I’m looking for a family to call my own.
I’m the life of a party, friends with everyone (other dogs whatever the breed) I’ve got blonde hair and legs that go on for days. I’m not going to beat around the bush here, I’m pretty and I know exactly how to make people say ‘awwwwww’. Don’t be fooled by my popular reputation, I’m a real nerd underneath, very inquisitive and observant of my surroundings.
You may ask how I stay so lean… Well my regime is not for the light hearted. I spend a good half of my day relaxing, roaching, and preening myself. I’m not really sure what food tastes like, it’s never in my mouth long enough, I may as well inhale it and when I’m not preening myself, sleeping or just being a good old couch buddy, I’m pushing my face against the door to go for a walk, a nice leisurely stroll suits me just fine. Just a heads up… If we get honked at while walking, it’s probably at me : )
I’ve never raced and as I’m now a 6 year old girl I’m really looking forward to finding a forever home with a owner to dedicate my life to. I will happily just sit next to you and rest my head on your lap. I love being patted it reminds me that you care. Aside from what you may have gathered from me I am NOT high maintenance, all I ask for is a loving gentle owner. I know my BFF is out there!
Adoption details
Please email or phone to make the enquiry about the dog you are interested in adopting and we can answer any further questions you may have. We will then send you an adoption application form to complete and return via email along with ID and photo's of your garden/yard and fencing/gates.
If the adoption application is approved a home check & meet and greet with the dog you are interested in adopting will be arranged. If you have other dogs in the family we like them to come along and also meet with the dog.
If all goes ahead and you adopt the dog there is a 4 week trial period to make sure they settle in their new home ok. If it works out well the adoption papers are then finalised and all dogs from our adoption program must be registered with your local council and the microchip details changed into your name and contact details.
