About Nicky (Adopted 3/8/13)
My name is Nicky and I am a sweet little girl that just loves cuddles. I'm a 3yo Corgi x Staffy which makes me pretty special! I’m a bit shy at first but once you give me a belly rub I’m definitely your friend. I can’t get enough pats and cuddles and would be quite content to sit with you all day, although I’m also happy to be on my own.
I love all the treats my foster parents have given me and will eat absolutely anything you give me. I have such an adorable stubby little face and a lovely soft coat with tiger stripes that you will just love. I am very unique that’s for sure. I really enjoy going for walks and get along with other dogs. Once I settle in to my new home then I enjoy playing fetch and sometimes even run around throwing the toy to myself.
I would be most suited to a female owner, as I feel more comfortable around women, though I can get used to the man of the house eventually. I would love to join your family and be your most loyal friend.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
