Bobby (On trial 11/13)

Show me the love! Because I have so much of my own to give. Bobby's the name, although I would willingly come to anything you called me as I just want to please. I am a good looking male Mini Foxie x Jack Russell, approximately 3 - 5 yrs old, check out my big beautiful eyes in my profile pictures! I like walks along the beach on my lead, a good game of fetch with the ball, chomping on a bone, snuggling on the couch or just following you around for the afternoon.

I am shy when first meeting new people and animals, so getting to know me takes a little extra time but once I am comfortable my curiosity wins out. I have enjoyed living with adults, older children and other animals including at times, 2 cats and other foster dogs of my size. I must admit that I am not a big fan of very young children as they scare me with their loud noises. Nor do I enjoy animals bigger than myself other than humans of course. I would would happily keep myself busy during the day with or without another small pet to play with.

I am very well mannered, only barking when there is a security need or grunting from having my belly rubbed.I am housetrained and use a doggy door. I can sit when asked although I do get excited and find it hard to sit on a wagging tail, so I just lay down and wait for my belly rub. I am good at staying in the general area where I am told to stay and I don’t go running out the door until my lead is on. I but love more than anything to be snuggled next to you where I will snore contentedly.

I am looking for a kind and loving family to call my own, where I can settle down and give them all that I have to give for the rest of my life.
