Happy, waggy Oscar was given up to us by his person, previous to that he was locked in a shed for 6 years, perhaps a puppy mill, but the good news is he shows no ill affect of he sad past, he's such an affectionate and friendly guy, loves all people, dogs, kids and cats, no one is immune from his loves and happiness. He's not hard to please, either; going for walks, getting petted, and playing are just a few of his favorite activities.

Born in 2003, Oscar acts more like a puppy, and even though he getting on in years he is a puppy where it counts, he's absolutely perfect. This guy will gladly wiggle for a little love and a chance to have a home.
