About Olly (On trial 6/6/13)
Olly is a 4 year old Shih Tzu. He's a playful happy go lucky boy. He likes to have fun and is always happy and trying to engage one of the other dogs to play with him. He loves playing with his stuffed toy "lamb" and also loves playing ball. He just loves playing. He is still pup py-like and likes mischief.
Olly is very much a friendly non-aggressive dog and would make an ideal family dog. He likes company and would prefer not to be left alone. He would be happy to have four legged or two legged company. Olly is a inside dog and likes to be around the family. He sleeps on his doggy bed and goes outside to for toileting.
Because of his long coat he needs regular brushing, clipping and being a grubby bubby needs his baths. He seems to always somehow get himself dirty.
If you think Olly would make a welcome addition to your family, please contact Lucyann on 02-4973-5796.
Olly's $450 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
