About Molly
Hi, my name is Molly and I am nearly 2 years old. I am a pretty cute looking dog dont ya think? I am house trained and had free run of my last house or yard via a doggy door during the day and have been used to sleeping outside in a warm kennel at night on a covered patio. However I would love to sleep inside if you'd let me.
I like to sit on your lap and soak up the cuddles and LOVE talking to you about your day and about my day and also liked to complain bitterly to my last owners about those 2 darn yappy dogs next door that never shut up. They drove me nuts and I really don't like little dogs anymore. In fact I became so upset about them that I was placed on medication to calm me down which may or may not be on-going. The cost needs to be factored into your considerations. And anyone owing little dogs or with little dogs close by should not apply to adopt me as it really wouldn't work out.
I do like playing with other dogs though but not recommended around poultry or sheep as I like to chase after both of them to play and apparently this isn't allowed.
I haven't lived with children but really like them and get so excited I jump up on them and other people that I meet. I need a little training to get me out of this habit. I did learn some basic commands at puppy school like sit, stay and come and would respond really well to further obedience training.
Mainly I love being around my humans and wasn't left alone very often which suited me fine.
In summer I enjoy sunbaking and in winter get as close to the fire as I can get. Other favourite pastimes are going for car rides and playing with my toys, which includes chewing on empty plastic bottles which is SO much fun!
