About Murphy
Meet Murphy, a 4-5 month old mixed breed puppy who is now ready to go to a forever home. He will be a large dog when he grows up.
Murphy is a sweet and loving boy who is cat safe and loves other dogs, but loves the company of people the best. He's quite food orientated and easy to train, and after a couple of days has already learnt "sit" and is rapidly learning "touch". \ He's also mostly house-trained, though he may have the occasional accident if you leave him inside for too long.
Murphy thinks he's a lap dog, he loves to cuddle and snuggle. He would spend all day in your company if he could. \ He's currently spending his days playing with his foster family's cats and dogs.
Murphy wouldn't be a suitable outside dog as he loves his family too much, but if you're looking for a friendly and placid doofus who will spend his life adoring you and your family then give us a call and come and meet Murphy today!
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely dogs. All of our dogs have been thoroughly assessed and most have been through our Acacia Prison Animal Training Programme.
We at SAFE Avon Valley guarantee that every one of our dogs is suitable to be re-homed. It is our job to ensure that we match our dog with it's perfect family (a bit like a dating agency).
If you would like to know more about this dog please call Gloria on 0409 000 259. If the dog sounds suitable then we pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to view the dog.
Some of our dogs are located in our shelter in Northam so you will need to meet it there. Once you have meet the dog and are happy to go further then we organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure for the dog.
Once that is completed you can then take the dog home on a 2 week trial, if the dog is not suitable then you simply return it.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
