About Cubby (On Trial 4/8/13)
Hi, my name is Cubby and I am a healthy, female, Chihuahua mix about 4 years old. I am a shy, placid and timid, but extremely loyal girl. I love all humans and enjoy spending lots of time with them, cuddling up for a snooze, lazing in the sun and having my tummy patted.
I am not a big eater but neither am I fussy about my food. Standard dog food suits me just fine. I am initially a bit wary around new dogs, but after the early concern that they may try to take over my perch on my carers' comfy lounge, I learn to get along and share; that is, everything but my side of the couch. Overall, I am really a people person.
Even though I love being around humans, and don't like being left home alone for long hours. I would make a terrific companion for an older, laid back family, as I am not really high maintenance. "All (you) I need is love."
For more information or to meet Cubby, please phone Nora on 0418 402 150 or Rodney on 0438 785 427. Cubby is in foster care in Mudgee, NSW (Mid-Western Region) and is available for adoption immediately. She is available for adoption to anywhere in NSW and interstate if you can pick her up or pay for her transport. Cubby's adoption fee is $400. She has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, lifetime registered and treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
