Maple Leaf

Maple Leaf is a stunning short coated tortoiseshell kitten. Rescued from the pound with her brother and sister, she’s currently living in foster care until she is old enough to be adopted into her forever home.

Maple Leaf is a beautiful short coated tortoiseshell with pale green eyes. She was named after the autumn leaf colours, due to the fact her coat is speckled with golden flecks. Personality wise, Maple Leaf is an absolute joy. Her favourite place is wherever you are, but she never pesters for attention although she is rather polite in giving slight nudges for head pats!

She’s very boisterous and enjoys zooming around the room before leaping and tackling a toy, which can occupy her attention for hours at a time. Maple Leaf is also a fan of watching TV, although sometimes her curiosity gets the better of her and she’ll throw her paws up in an attempt to help catch what’s on it! Like her sister, she also loves to make little ‘gremlin’ noises whenever she gets excited.

Maple Leaf is used to small children, dogs and other cats. She’s very good at making friends with other cats and will happily groom or play with them. She’s cautious around dogs, but her bold nature allows her to get accustomed quickly, and she has no problems with strangers. She is also litter trained.

Maple Leaf comes vaccinated, micro chipped, de-sexed and flee/wormed treated, which her adoption fee of just $150 covers. She is currently located on the Central Coast and available through Paws n Claws Rescue. Please note that she is yet to be spayed and is too young to be adopted right now, but expressions of interest are welcome!
