Gallifrey

Don’t let the cranky face fool you, Gallifrey is one of the most affectionate cats we’ve had the pleasure of caring for. She just absolutely adores her humans, so much so she’ll swing from the ceiling to land as close to your face as possible. Joking, probably.

Seriously though, this little girl just craves attention, but doesn’t kick up a fuss if she doesn’t get it. If you’re busy and have things to do, she will patiently wait for you finish your puny human business and get back to cuddling the most awesomest cat in time and space.

We’ve nicknamed her our angry teapot. Not because she’s angry, nor because she’s a teapot (sorry), but because she sometimes looks exactly like you would imagine one to be. It’s a gift really. She also puts up with her foster brother’s antics and even tolerates the Pug sniffin’ all up in her grill. Very friendly, loving, and a little bit cheeky.

The G-Frey does have a habit of what I can only describe as “mouthing.” She doesn’t bite, she just loves the taste of human in the morning. And, I mean, who doesn’t? But she mainly just wants to lick you, to show you she loves you (and not, in fact, to eat your brains like a zombie).

All in all, this awesome girl would make the perfect companion to a family who are looking for an affectionate but ultimately not clingy cat, who will sit on your lap or beside you, whatever you decide. She will also purr up a storm if you just so much as look at her, like a motorbike on Red Bull.
