About Google (On Trial 1/6/13)
Google is a sweet, goofy male Kelpie x Shar Pei mystery mix, around 2 years old. He loves to have any attention that is offered to him. He is great with people and animals. He loves a pat and will and watch you through the door to beg for your attention. He loves to spend some time indoors with his family. He can be active and loves to play with my other dog and rumble around the yard with his rope and toys. He also loves just relaxing in the sun.
He loves to go for a walk and walks well on the lead. He gets excited and sometimes jumps to get closer to you but will settle after a short time. He can sit on command and will shake your hand. He is a co-operative, clever boy and will do great in dog training classes. He has the colouring of a kelpie and the wrinkled forehead and jowls of a Shar Pei. Super cute!
Google is a goofy yet affectionate dog who just loves being with you. Google is best suited to a home where he will be part of the family that will walk him daily and give him all the attention he deserves. He will thank you with his everlasting love and loyalty.
For more information or to meet Google please phone foster carer Amanda on 0432 811 034 (ring outside of school hours). Google is in foster care in Maitland, NSW 2321 and is available for adoption interstate.
Google's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
