About Madeline
Madeline’s carer thinks she is absolutely wonderful and will make some family a very lovely companion dog. Madeline has a very sweet and gentle nature and enjoys playing with her human family of being loved and petted, Madeline has a terrific appetite and was very thin when she came from the Pound but is now enjoying the good life and has gained half a kilo already enjoying things like chicken necks, dried lambs ears and lots of nice chewy bones. When Madeline wakes from a sleep she is ready to play, leaping around the place having a ball with her foster family and their little dog, Once she is done playing, Madeline loves to curl up in her doggy bed with a blanket over her and enjoying a nice snooze. Madeline is quite social when out on a walk and likes to engage with people and other dogs. Her 'on lead' skills are also coming along nicely. Madeline will enjoy life in a busy household with another small dog for company and is a house dog so must have indoor access at all times. Madeline's coat was matted when she came to PAWS so it had to be cut quite short but it will grow back and require regular brushing and clipping by a professional groomer to keep her looking lovely.
