About Berkley (reduced adoption fee)
Berkley is a male Staghound X Staffy puppy that is approximately 10 - 11 months of age. Berkley is one active boy that is enthusiastic about life and meeting new people. He is currently in foster care with another male dog and they are getting a long really well. Both Berkley and the other dog have high energy levels and they spend the day playing and chasing each other. Berkley is learning to sit and come on command and being trained to walk on a lead. HIs foster carer's report he is picking the training up pretty quickly and is keen to please.
Berkley will need an adoptive family that can keep his mind and body active and has the time to continue to teach him some doggy manners and basic obedience training.
His adoption fee is being subsidised by HPAWS so Berkley will now cost $200- \ which helps to cover some of the veterinary treatment for de-sexing, micro-chipping, vaccination, worm and flea treated and registered (if you live within the Horsham Rural City Council).
