Wesley

Meet Wesley! He is a gorgeous little puppy. He has the most gorgeous face, which in person you can tell he definitely has some Whippet in there. He has the most beautiful temperament and everyone who meets him falls in love immediately.

Wesley gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. He is in foster care with a large dog and he loves to play with her. He also gets on great with the small and medium sized dogs at the park, he just loves everybody and everything! Wesley even gets along with the cats in foster care. He shows no interest in the cats whatsoever, they all just go on with their business.

Like any puppy, Wesley will need a bit more training, but don't worry, he is a quick learner! He already knows how to sit and he comes when he is called. He needs some reminders not to jump up. He just stands on his hind legs, he doesn't actually jump onto people. But he is just like any other puppy, so a bit of training will need to be put in, but I promise you, he is a quick learner and he doesn't have very many bad habits.

He has been doing well with potty training and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He is also crate trained, when you tell him to get in his crate, he goes straight in there. He is happy to sleep in there at night time, and to take naps in there with the door open. \ Wesley is also pretty good on the lead, he tends to walk by your side rather than pulling which is great. He is also trained to stay off the couch and doesn't even attempt to get on, though if you change your mind about this and want him on, I am sure he would be more than happy to join you on the couch! But for now, he is happy in his dog bed or to just lie beneath your feet.

Wesley would really suit pretty well any household. He is very gentle and loving. If you are looking for a people dog, this is your boy.
