Rooney

Rooney is a BIG PUPPY, but he's a gorgeous boy with a happy and gentle temperament. He will make a lovely family dog. Rooney is pretty much just happy to do what everyone else wants to do. From what we can tell, Rooney probably has bull arah, labby x kelpie mix or simliar. He has a labby temperament but is finer in his bone structure like a kelpe, although still the size of a labby in height. He is unlikely to grow the size of a bull arab but has feet like them.

He loves to cuddle up and is affectionate and loving. He also enjoys playing with his sister and other foster siblings, he gets on really well with other dogs, including adults and pups. Rooney is good with kids but is a BIG pup so won't be able to be picked up by littlies so older children may be more suitable simply due to his size. Make no mistake, this pup is big and is more than likely going to be a big dog. While his dad was a kelpie x, his mum has bull arab or similar in her and Rooney's size already is large for his young age. But typical of many large dogs, he is very placid and very happy to just plod along with the gang and join in whatever game or activity they are all doing. .

Wally's prefer our adopted dogs to go to homes where they are allowed inside on a regular basis so they feel part of the family, especially if they are to be an only dog. We also like them to continue with regular socialisation with other dogs so they remain dog friendly as they are when they leave our care.
