About Eddie
Eddie's a really cute guy who loves attention and cuddles. He is energetic and will keep playing all day long, either with other dogs or chasing his ball that he is currently learning to 'fetch'. Eddie's carer says that he learns quickly and is very easy to train with some basic commands so he can now sit and stay (for short periods!) and walks nicely on the lead. Eddie ignores the resident cat Simba but is very interested in the bird belonging to his foster carer. He loves his creature comforts and usually finds the cosiest spot to sit in front of the heater. Eddie loves his food, eating anything that is put in front of him. He took his antibiotics with no problem and enjoys vegetables and porridge along with his doggy food. Eddie will sit and watch you and likes to keep an eye on what everyone is doing in the house. When its bedtime, Eddie sleeps in the lounge room and can whine for a few minutes before settling down for the night with his doggy foster brother, another PAWS dog Manny. Eddie isn't afraid of people or other dogs at all and would make a good pet for children if they were gentle as he's still quite small. Eddie's carer thinks that he is a very smart young dog that will benefit from ongoing training. Eddie is a house dog with a coat that requires regular brushing and grooming to keep him looking and feeling great. As Eddie is still a young dog, a home with another doggy companion will be best if his new owners are working people.
