About Jerry
This beautiful boy is Jerry, a 5-6 year old pure breed rough collie (like Lassie) who is currently seeking a foster or forever home.
Jerry is a lovely boy who is very affectionate with people and gets on well with other dogs, though he can be a little dominant with other males. He is currently in a home with cats and other dogs and copes well.
Jerry has a lovely sweet temperament and is very eager to please. He walks well on the lead and is very respectful of people.
Medical notes
Jerry is being desexed on the 15th May and will be available for adoption after this time. He is in need of foster care now.
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely dogs. All of our dogs have been thoroughly assessed and most have been through our Acacia Prison Animal Training Programme.
We at SAFE Avon Valley guarantee that every one of our dogs is suitable to be re-homed. It is our job to ensure that we match our dog with it's perfect family (a bit like a dating agency).
If you would like to know more about this dog please call Gloria on 0409 000 259. If the dog sounds suitable then we pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to view the dog.
Some of our dogs are located in our shelter in Northam so you will need to meet it there. Once you have meet the dog and are happy to go further then we organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure for the dog.
Once that is completed you can then take the dog home on a 2 week trial, if the dog is not suitable then you simply return it.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
