Ikea

Ikea is an amazing little girl who loves her treats and belly rubs! She and her siblings are quite small so, at most, will probably be a small-medium in size, but because we don’t know their parents, it’s very hard to guarantee. She gets along great with other dogs and is of the opinion that cats are dogs with more sass.

She’s very quiet outside and loves sleeping in her kennel during the day. She has no issue with her humans leaving for work and will quite happily entertain herself until they’re back, at which point she’d really appreciate those treats and belly rubs!

Ikea’s very easy to train. After one day she learnt to sit, drop, ‘bed,’ and stay. She loves to show off all her smarts (and get treats… all the treats). She’ll often follow her person around, sit right in front of them, and wait for them to notice just how amazing she is.

With a lot of character comes a lot of energy but that energy can be redirected into training and activities, which she just loves. Her mind definitely needs as much stimulation as her body and she’d benefit from quite an active family who would enjoy teaching her lots of tricks.
