Bacchus the Blackus ... likes cats ....

He's a gorgeous dog with a huge lot of love to give. Loves to play and chew. Very playful now,. Is learning NO but gets confused and terrified if you yell at him . Is responding well to the spray bottle. Still hypervigilant but nowdays it's a little bit of a hard choice between following me around, and staying in front of the radiator.

Is fine with toilet training but if not let outside regularly enough, will just wee/poo on bathroom floor (especially if there's a pile of dirty clothes there)

Is okay in the bath. Has had a trim but needs a little more.

He is still very scared when on the leash. We haven't been out much with it, and I refuse to drag him as I don't want that to be his experience of it. I have carried him down to park for a sit (on the leash) and to watch things, which he loved.

He's not a big barker, though will if he gets a fright. He can jump very high!

He freaks out a bit if left outside by himself, or inside when I am out the back.

I think he's going to need company of some sort. Whether it's another dog (preferrably) or someone home a lot, and obviously someone who is prepared to patiently put in time for training.

He is not a barker and is extremely quick to learn.
