About Little Miss Millie (On Trial 4/6/13)
Millie is a 10 week old, female, Staffy x Mastiff. She is cuddly, sweet, and full of life. She likes to play with her siblings and with toys and just run around and be a puppy. She also loves people and being picked up and snoozing on your lap. She is used to being handled and being inside in a home environment. Millie will grow up to be a medium to large sized dog. She is very dark brindle colour with a white stripe on her nose and white toes.
Millie is a very healthy, happy and well adjusted little pup and will make a wonderful family companion. She is good with other dogs and is even fine with free range chickens!
Training is important because she will be a medium to large sized dog so she will need to attend puppy-training classes. A puppy is a big commitment and need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. When they get older they'll need a daily walk or run. She is too young to be left outside alone all day so she will need to go to a home with either another friendly dog or someone who doesn't work full time.
Millie was born on 1/03/13 and is ready to go to her forever home now.
For more information or to meet her please phone foster carer Glennis on 0416 099 254 or email glenrelae@bigpond.com . Millie is in Doyalson, NSW 2262 (at the northern end of the Central Coast, south of Lake Macquarie).
Millie's $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, first two vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
