About Sugar ....small &sweet .....
Sugar and spice, all things nice, that’s what I’m made of.
My name is Sugar, and I am the sweetest little thing out there. I love nothing more than cuddles and kisses, and if you let me on the couch with you, I will keep you cozy warm all winter nights long.
I’m so sweet that my current foster mummy couldn’t even keep her own house rules with me, I’ve been allowed in her bed overnight since my vet work a few days ago – she really adores the cuddles I give her, and I admit I love it just as much, maybe a little more.
I’m the sort of shy quiet dog that would do well in a quiet home. Whilst I’m fine with kids and other dogs, I don’t like hyper-activity; I prefer a calmer laid back lifestyle with cuddles and pats. If you have an older kid, that’s ok, because they will know to give me a break, I’m more a lap dog then a yard dog. Other dogs are great for company and cuddles with the humans are busy, but I don’t like them jumping all over me and in my face with excitement. Cats are Toys at this stage, so I don't know if we will be friends.
I am only young and this is my first time in a family unit, so I am new to all the rules that come with that, such as loo training and what my name is. A calm and persistent human is what I need, I am shy and sometimes timid, but with lots of assurance and a steady calm approach I warm up in no time.
If you would like to care, share, and grow with me, please come and meet me. I am currently still living with my sister, but it’s time we say our farewells and find out own happy ever afters.
If you’d like to meet Sugar, please contact us. Sugar is a 5mth old Jack Russell terrier x Dachshund , her vet work is done but the stitches are yet to come out, and she is located in Hoppers Crossing. She is the perfect little hot water bottle on these chilly Melbourne winter evenings.
