Gracie

Gentle Gracie is the perfect kelpie for life in the cappuccino belt or on a small lifestyle property. Her foster family has exposed her to both, with resounding success.

A sweet natured and very friendly girl, Gracie gets on well with other dogs and cats as well as every person she meets. Curious about everything, she follows and sniffs but doesn’t hassle. Her sweet nature makes her a perfect pet, and she’s a pleasure to have with you almost anywhere. She’s even gone to work with her foster mum from time and been a big hit!

Gracie is housetrained and sleeps well at night, quite happily snuggled into her dog bed without jumping up onto her sleeping humans.

She is currently fostered with another dog and cats, but would most likely also be fine as an only dog. As long as she’s included in your daily life, with regular exercise and socialisation she’ll be a happy girl.

Gracie is good in the car and while she will wander a bit, she comes back when called so it’s easy to take her to new places. As with all young dogs, she’ll be at her best with continued training and practice.

Gracie hasn’t spent much time around children, but she seems well suited to almost any situation. Our time with her has shown her to be very adaptable and eager to please. She is a lovely dog that we can’t wait to see settled in a permanent home that can appreciate her gorgeous nature.
