He is fully housetrained and a general bundle of energy. Scamp loves humans and other dogs, he loves playing so its essential that scamps be rehomed in a home with another dog so the 2 of them can play all day every day! scamps is great in the car, loves going to the beach, did i mention he loves playing! young beagles generally have an amazing ammount of energy and require both mental and physical daily exercise to keep them busy and ammused.
