Gomez is an affectionate black indoors only cat who would make a great companion. He will greet you when you come home from work (after having slept the day away) with purrs and rubs againt your legs. He will happily sit next to you while you watch tv and loves a chin scratch. He does not trash the furniture and is very low maintenance. He is not a great talker but will happily greet you during the night should you wander out. Although he is fine with children he is probably best suited to an adult or older children household as he can be timid with loud sudden noises. He is ok with dogs who are extremely calm around cats. Although he is only a year old he is not overly playful - we feel this is more due to him not knowing how to play rather than not wanting to. (he was caged for some time before he came to us to be rehomed). He appears fine with other cats and would possibly be more playful with another cat who could show him how
