About Polly *On Trial in Her New Home*
*POLLY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* Introducing quirky Miss Polly...
Fabulous Polly is a great natured 'Terrier mix'. When asked at the vets where she might get her unusual over sized ears from, the vet nurse was sure that she must have some Skye Terrier in there somewhere - having looked them up, we have to agree! \ This gorgeously unique girl is looking for the other half of her 'Odd Couple'; will you be it?
Polly is just over 12 months old, but still has the energy of a pup. She is extremely boisterous and would definitely benefit from having another playful doggy friend in her forever home. She is also fine with cats, although when egged on, will chase them up the nearest tree!
Being 7.3 kilos, Polly isn't a terribly small terrier, so she would probably be fine with smaller children, but can be quite timid at first, so it might be best to supervise her with very young children to begin with. Polly loves teenage boys, well any male really, and is happy to trot along behind you while you go about your day. Her favourite things to do include chewing on a bone, having cuddles on the couch, playing with her foster carer’s sausage dogs and going for runs with her new teenage bestie! Polly is fine around cars, but should be kept in a secure yard, as she is very inquisitive. She loves going for drives in the farm ute, and has travelled the 160kms from Mildura to the farm several times without a problem. She is toilet trained, and is happy to sleep anywhere inside, and loves being tucked into the bed/beanbag she shares with her foster sausages! \ Polly doesn’t appear to lose much hair though will need a brush at least once a week.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed,
references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
