Woody

Woody is a pure-bred English Cocker Spaniel - one of the most popular breeds in the world. They are natural retrievers who enjoy the water, excellent house dogs and family companions. They need lots and lots of affection and attention - they want to be part of everything your family does. They do NOT like to be left alone for long periods. Most are good with children and other pets. \ We recommend that children be over 10 years of age.The English Cocker Spaniel is a merry, boisterous, loyal and affectionate homebody. This is an active breed and they do need daily exercise. They are good at hunting, tracking, agility, flyball and obedience. They are highly trainable, quick learners and eager to please. Moderately protective, can be a little possessive. Cocker Spaniels can be stubborn, so they do need educating. An excellent family companion - energetic, sensitive, adaptable, full of life and exuberance. THIS IS WOODY!!!
The medium-length coat requires brushing a few times a week to keep it tangle free - they do shed a fair amount of hair. We would recommend Woody to anyone who has had previous experience with cockers.
