Tiffany is a beautiful silver toy poodle with a personality to match. Like all poodles, she can become stressed when left alone. She loves her owner's company and does not like to be apart.Coco must be housed inside with free access to outside as she needs it. She is sweet, cheerful, perky and lively. She needs to be socialised well. Poodles make very good watchdogs for their size and are protective of their owner. Therefore, they need to be given rules to follow and limits as to what they are and are not allowed to do. Toy Poodles can be untrustworthy around small children and Tiiffany will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 10. Poodles are a very intelligent breed and can convince themselves they are the pack leader. Tiffany needs daily mental and physical exercise in order for her to remain a trustworthy, mentally stable dog. Regular grooming of her coarse, curly coat, and ear cleaning, is a must (at least every 8-10 weeks) and can cost upwards of $40 if done by a professional groomer. We would prefer Tiffany's new owner to have had experience with poodles/toy breeds and a understanding of their needs and capabilities. Poodles are a long-lived breed with a lifespan of 15+ years.
