About Marvin
Marvin’s owner had to surrender her beautiful little dog and cat. Her son is in the Army and came home injured so she had to drop everything and go to look after him. As he lived in an apartment which did not allow animals, Marvin’s owner could not take him or the cat with her. Marvin is a pure breed Shihtzu. He is a sweet dog, loves, cuddle and pats. He would be a great companion dog as he would follow you about everywhere. He is now de-sexed, chipped and immunised.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
