About Zoe (on trial 22/4/13)
Zoe is a tiny, female Maltese, approx 4 years old. She is just the sweetest little - and I mean LITTLE, princess! She is just content to lay in your arms for as long as you're prepared to carry her around.
She is very sweet and not aggressive. She gets on with other dogs and likes to play with them. Zoe is a inside dog and loves to sleep on the bed with you if you let her. She is fine with children but she would be best suited to being someone's special little girl and wouldn't mind having a small dog for a playmate as well.
Zoe has a non-shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep her comfortable and beautiful.
Zoe is a gorgeous little girl who is waiting for her new forever home. If you think Zoe is the dog for you, please contact Lucyann on 02-4973-5796.
Zoe is in foster care in Dora Creek, NSW 2264 (southern Lake Macquarie) and is available for adoption interstate. Zoe's $400 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
