About Millie (On Trial 26/5/13)
Meet Millie. Mille is a 17 week old, female, Kelpie x Jack Russell puppy. She is a very sweet and affectionate little girl who loves company, whether it be your company or her fur friends company. Millie Is full of beans and loves to chase the ball and is learning to bring it back.
Millie is also quite happy to just lay at your feet. She loves nothing more than a cuddle and belly rub, she usually falls asleep and is more than happy to be held like a newborn. We are still working on her toilet training but she is coming along in leaps and bounds. She can be a little timid when first meeting her but she is slowly getting use to meeting new people and new animals.
Millie has the intelligence of a kelpie as she is picking up basic commands very quickly. In only a few short days Millie has learnt to sit and now loves to run up and sit in front of her food bowl and wait for her dinner. She also likes to do this when it is not dinner time in hope can she trick you into giving her a treat!
Millie is living with an 8 year old great dane x and an older cat. She just adores her foster brother and loves spending time with him. Millie seems to be interested in finding out what a cat is but hasn’t chased or shown any aggression towards her.
It is recommended that Millie receives puppy training to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need attention exercise and training.
For more information or to meet Millie please phone/text foster carer Chloe on 0423 810 440 or email matnchlo@bigpond.com . Millie is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW 2285 (Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
