About Maddison (On Trial 22/4/13)
Maddison is a precious, 10 week old, kelpie x border collie puppy. She has an adorable nature. She has been living with children, other dogs, and even cats and loves them all. She is just a really easy going pup.
She is always up for a play, and loves to play with her toys. Maddison will need to be allowed to spend some time inside with her family each day so she can bond and enjoy some cuddles. She is too young to be left outside in a yard all alone all day, so someone who is home a lot, or another dog for company would be preferred.
Typical of her breed, she is very smart and seems to understand everything you say. We always recommend puppy training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. Maddison will need a daily walk or run, play time, and training. In return, she will be your number one fan and best friend for life!
For more information or to meet Maddison please phone foster carer Carmen on 0423-806-454 or email buffy162001@hotmail.com . Maddison is in foster care in Belmont. NSW 2280 (10 minutes south of Newcastle).
Maddison's $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
