Paddy

Hi! My name is Paddy. I was suspected to have been attacked by a dog when I was only 8 weeks of age resulting in 3 broken ribs and a slightly twisted spine. When I arrived at the AWL Veterinary Clinic I could barely walk using my hind limbs. I went into foster with one of the veterinary nurses for some physiotherapy and rehabilitation. I now feel much better but I still have a slight limp on my left hind limb. The vets are unsure whether this will cause problems when I'm older so it's something that you will need to take into consideration when adopting me. My disability doesn't slow me down! I love running around and getting into mischief. I have 2 older foster brothers which I love to crash tackle. There are also 2 dogs in my foster family which I don't like very much. My favourite game is 'pounce' and I do also like to play 'fetch'! I haven't even been outside and honestly I prefer the indoors (it's much safer inside!). I do have a quiet calm side. I love nothing more than to snuggle up into my foster mummys neck sometimes I even try to nibble her ear.
