Kenya *On Trial in Her New Home*

*KENYA IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* Stunning Kenya is one of a litter of healthy, happy puppies who were born on 20 January 2013. Their mother is a black and tan Kelpie, while their father was a “visiting” big black Labrador /Rottweiler mix.

All of the pups have lovely, friendly nature’s and get along well with their carers other dogs and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as children making them pretty much “bomb proof” – they’re even good with the household cats and the ducks and chickens! All of the pups LOVE food and aren’t fussy so this is helping with the learning the basics such as “sit” and “down”. We reckon they’ll be the size of small Labradors once they finish growing.

Kenya’s the largest of the female pups; she has the most beautiful soft coat. She has taken a real shine to her carer’s hubby who she follows around like a shadow and he reckons she’s pretty special too. She enjoys playtime with her siblings or just hanging around enjoying the sunshine. As she’s only a young pup she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners! Daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on (they love chicken necks!) and toys to keep Jenna stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief.

As Kenya is already picking up housetraining she would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup.
