About Chops (On Trial 15/7/13)
Chops is a beautiful 3 1/2 yr old Jack Russell. He is a very affectionate little man who loves to lay his head on your lap and get his belly rubbed. He is good with other smaller dogs and settled in immediately with our other 4 dogs. He is not a barker and loves to go for a walk. He's not suitable to a home with cats.
Chops has a lovely nature and follows you around everywhere you go. He is an inside dog but loves to spend time in the yard. He needs to be inside when people are home and to sleep inside. He is house trained and obedient and would be a wonderful loyal companion for someone.
For more information or to meet Chops please phone foster carer Debbie on 0408 825 714. Chops is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Chops's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
