About Pirate
Pirate has not had a successful career in racing but is a very happy playful young man who is great with other dogs and does not have an aggressive bone in his body, he has a smaller build than most male greyhounds. He is a loyal dog and would make a great companion or family dog. He is great with small kids and good on a lead. When you let him out each morning he just loves to play and frolic with the other dogs. He loves his toys and is happy to share, he is not food possessive at all. He is desexed, chipped and immunised ready for his new home.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
