About Lila
Lila is only a young lady who we rescued while she was heavily pregnant, she was a great mum to her 4 babies, but would now love a break after her bubs have all found their forever homes.
She's happy to share her home with other cats though, and tolerates cat-friendly dogs.
Lila can still be a bit nervous, so would probably not suit a home with really young children, as anything too loud or sudden can send her running and hiding. She'll come around to any home with TLC and a safe spot to sleep, though. She has become much more confident while in foster care, and when she finds her forever humans, is sure to improve even more.
She loves loves loves her chin rubs and sitting near you while you scratch behind her ears. Her super loud purr lets you know that she is very grateful for your love and she will reward you with hers. She isn't much of a lap cat yet, but she is certainly learning and has started to join her foster carer up close in bed when allowed. She has only recently learnt that she can sleep ON couches rather than hide under them.
She has also recently discovered the joy of strings and pens and other things she can play with... seems she missed out on learning how to win these play fights though, so watching her try is incredible entertaining.
She also likes sunning herself and watching the world go by from her windowsill, so some outside time might go down well too, if it's not too much trouble.
It's very obvious all she wants is somewhere quiet and warm to snuggle. She has no special needs and isn't a picky eater and promises to be no trouble at all!
She is a very petite medium haired cat.
Lila comes desexed, microchiped and vaccinated.
